This translucent, brick-colored Cab Franc kicks off with a heady, spice-and-floral combo of rose hand soap, cloves, ground pepper, dried strawberry and orange peel. The palate is more subdued with a slippery texture, gentle tannins and whispers of fruit and spice flavor.
